GENUINE CARE - it’s what we do best

Nexus Care exists to empower individuals and their families towards a fresh start. We know it’s tough out there. There’s a lot to face: the recent housing crisis, job insecurity, the rising cost of living, and more.

As a charity on the front line in our community, we see the need and we want to do something about it.

In 2022, we expanded to a second location in Sandgate to give residents down by the bay and in surrounding areas access to our food relief and financial assistance programs.

Our services are tailored to the needs of the local community at each of our locations. Here’s what we do at Sandgate:

If you or someone you know is struggling to get food on the table or make ends meet, we can help. You can find us at 37 Brighton Road each Thursday from 10:30am ‘til 3:30pm.
