Brand Use & Acknowledgment Policy- 2025

Purpose

Nexus Care values the generosity and support of individuals, businesses, and organisations who partner with us to make a positive difference in our community. This policy outlines the guidelines for acknowledging donations and the use of the Nexus Care brand to ensure the integrity and value of our partnerships are protected.

Scope

This policy applies to all individuals, businesses, and organisations that provide either financial donations or donations in kind (e.g. products, goods, or services) to Nexus Care.

Policy Statement

To maintain the value of our sponsorships and corporate partnerships, and to ensure fair recognition of all partners, Nexus Care politely requests that individuals and organisations do not publicly promote or advertise their in-kind or financial donation to Nexus Care, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts

• Website articles or blogs

• Press releases

• Printed materials

• Other forms of public communication

This helps Nexus Care:

• Protect the value and exclusivity of our formal sponsorships and partnerships

• Ensure consistent and accurate messaging about our work and supporters

• Avoid potential conflicts between sponsors, donors, and partners

Recognition of Support

Nexus Care deeply appreciates every contribution. While public promotion of in-kind donations is not permitted, Nexus Care may, at its discretion, acknowledge supporters through:

• Internal communications

• Event materials

• Organisational reports

• Direct partnership opportunities (where applicable)

Where a supporter wishes to be publicly recognised, this can be discussed in advance with Nexus Care to ensure alignment with our brand and partnership commitments.

Use of the Nexus Care Brand

The Nexus Care name, logo, and brand assets are protected and must not be used without prior written approval from Nexus Care. This includes use in promotional materials, online platforms, media publications, or any other external communication.
