Nexus Care is passionate about giving people a fresh start through strategic solutions to poverty.
We provide over 4000 meals per month to those who are doing it tough – and it’s all because of the generous support of individuals and businesses like you.
By researching local need, and developing innovative and strategic programs which can be delivered by trained volunteers, we help individuals and families make transformative changes over the medium to long term. We provide nutritional support through the Fresh Start Program, as well as COACH community mentoring.
