2017 - 2018 Annual Report

It’s a mission that we cannot do without the amazing staff team, mass of volunteers together with the growing generosity of sponsors and donors.

We have a big heart towards our local community and desire to expand all that we offer. THAT is why we put in effort to produce an extensive Annual Report that we can be proud of and that may demonstrate to future donors our service.

Located in Everton Park, Nexus Care is an innovative, hard working not for profit organisation caring for the northern suburbs of Brisbane and beyond. The heart of Nexus Care is to alleviate poverty in our community.

We are passionate about seeing people journey towards wholeness and finding a fresh start in life.

We use people-focused and evidence-based services, to empower individuals and their families. We reach out to our local community, helping to relieve poverty and distress by mobilising volunteers and work in partnership with other organisations, business and government.

Inspired by our faith in Christ, our vision and our dream is a society in which every person is in healthy relationship with self, others and the environment.
